M/V Dolphin Queen offers one of the most affordable ways to experience the wonderful diving that is to be had in the Similan Islands.
There are 10 air conditioned cabins in total, 8 on the main deck and two on the upper deck. All the cabins onboard have 220v plugs fitted so there is no problem with charging battery packs for cameras and torches.
As well as the two cabins and the Captains quarters the upper deck is where you will find the dining area. As is common with most of the liveaboards the dining area is covered but open at the sides to allow you unimpeded views of the islands whilst sampling the delicious cuisine served up by the onboard cooks.
There is a good choice of fish identification books in several as well as a TV & DVD player so after a good days diving you can relax taking in a movie or two. For those of you that would rather work on topping up your tan this isn’t a problem on the Dolphin Queen as they have a large sundeck with sun loungers as well as hammocks.
The Dolphin Queen does not have ensuite facilities but there are three spacious toilets with showers as well as an additional two showers on the dive deck.
